Are you an undergraduate (or incoming freshman) interested in pursuing your passion for music at tertiary level?
The NUS Jazz Band, NUS Symphony Orchestra and NUS Wind Symphony are excited to bring you the 3D2N TRIO Camp, an all-round musical experience filled with fun, games and of course – music! Kick start your journey in NUS with the most fun-packed and musical experience ever!
1. Which instrumentalists is Trio Camp for?
We welcome all string players (violin, viola, cello, double bass), woodwind players (clarinet, flute, oboe, saxophone, bassoon), brass players (trumpet, trombone, French horn, euphonium, tuba), and percussionists.
2. I have not played my instrument in a few years, can I still join Trio Camp?
No worries! As long as you have prior experience in the instruments listed above, you are welcome to join!
3. Will instruments be provided?
Yes, instruments will be provided upon request. However, brass players are encouraged to bring their own mouthpieces. *disclaimer: we have limited instruments so we'll allocate the instruments on a first-come-first-served basis!*
4. When is Trio Camp?
Trio Camp 2016 will take place from 8th July to 10 July. It will be a 3D2N camp where you'll stay in one of University Town's exclusive student residences!
Keep watching this space and our NUSWS Facebook page or Trio Camp Facebook page for details on this year’s camp and how to sign up! Feel free to contact us for any other burning questions you may have! We’re friendly ☺
